Installation Process
Our process starts with understanding each customer’s individual equipment and application needs so we can choose the best solution. Each solution will depend on the vehicle configuration (single wheel or dual wheel) and cab to axle measurement as well as the intended application.
Once we nail down your specific hardware and application requirements our installation process begins by removing the old pickup factory bed and prepping and reinforcing the truck frame, fuel and electrical system to accept the new equipment. After the frame is prepped we perform the actual service body or flatbed installation.
Once installed, each installation is tested rigorously to make sure it meets manufacturer requirements. Nothing leaves our facility without being checked thoroughly to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
